ha! This reminds me of our local tea called 'teh tarik', literally meaning 'pulled tea'. The tea master would pour the tea over 2 containers from a height over a couple of times and when the tea comes to you, there is a layer of foam (bubbles) over the tea. Trust me, it seems to taste better. I wonder you have this thing over your side. :)
