Valentines Park, Redbridge

Valentines Park is a 125 acres green space in the London Borough of Redbridge, between Ilford and Gants Hill. It was acquired in various purchases and gifts of land, starting in 1898 and culminating in the 1920s. It has a beautiful boating lake with a variety of birds.

  7. i don't get to see those birds, here. i've seen coots on a nearby lake, but moorhens and swans don't visit our pond. i do get mallards, though. :)
