Bangalore to Kozhikode (part 03 - Berambadi State Forest)
The next stretch of the journey was the most interesting...as we entered the Berambadi State Forest. We were lucky to spot a family of wild elephants. This road is closed between 9PM and 6AM.
What are all the uprooted trees? What is to be done with them and why are they being harvested? Is it bamboo? How did you get so close to the mother elephant and her baby? Are the fields rice paddies? What happens if you get stranded on the road after 9PM? Too many questions:)
