This beautiful butterfly reminds me a lot of the "Hauhechel Bläuling" ♂ (Polyommatus icarus) - https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bl%C3%A4ulinge#/media/Datei:Butterfly_Luc_Viatour.JPG - but I thought they only exist in Europe. Where did you take this photo? Do you know which butterfly this is? All the best and have a happy week! 🌷☘️🌷 Traude https://rostrose.blogspot.com/2023/04/rax-und-thenauriegel-zwei-ausfluge-mit.html

This is taken in Bangalore. I think this is the small blue butterfly of the Lycaenidae family.
DeleteGorgeous work -- and subject!
ReplyDeleteOny God can create such a beauty!
ReplyDeleteWe all attempt to become artists only to find we cannot match the work of God.
