It's good that people are using them. Plastic bags are seldom seen here which is great. When they had them, people were charged 25 cents for each one, that was about 6 years ago and their usage was beginning to go down.
Yes Bill, Here too they have been banned...but few are still flouting the rules. Bigger retails charge for reusable bags so that people are encouraged to carry their own bags...
Interesting, I bought a nylon net bag in Bolivia 25 years ago and still use it. These may be as durable and beautiful, too.
